“Wir hatten Wanderung im tramuntana Gebirge gebucht. Die Wanderung wurde ohne uns vorher zu informieren, kurzerhand umverlegt an einen anderen Hügel. Davon haben wir erst erfahren, als wir schon im Wagen neben dem guide gesessen haben und uns aufgefallen ist, dass er in die falsche Richtung fährt. Als Grund wurde uns zu viel Wind genannt. Der Guide hat auch kein Deutsch gesprochen, obwohl so gebucht.”
