Our cruise ship docked at 8:00am and departed 5:30pm. We think it will be enough time for us to catch the ship. One day before the tour date, the meeting place is changed from near dock to a bus stop. Upon enquiry, Lemon Tour, who operates on behalf of Fun and Tickets, advised the tour will end at 6pm, which means we will miss the ship. We decide not to join and will request Viator for full refund due to false information.”
